"regulates", not "controls"

Today I explained to someone what Madaba does

I told them that Madaba "regulates" the Noosphere

I think this is a much better word than "controls"

"Regulates" sounds less hands-on than "controls" and implies that Madaba's activities are more about sustaining and facilitating than guiding or superintending

Madaba does not rule or control

Madaba facilitates
