2) What Madaba Is Like

This page is about what Madaba is like

It is about the nature of his existence, more than about his personality or character

But I will cover that elsewhere!

Allow me to explain Madaba:

There is something rather than nothing

That is a fact that is universally self-evident

It is not possible to deny that there is something rather than nothing

God is the reason why there is something rather than nothing

There is something rather than nothing "because God"

God is the unmoved mover - the cause of all things that is not itself caused

God is self-existent, his existence comes from himself and no other thing, no other phenomenon, entity, or being

Reality is the way in which God exists

Reality is God and God is Reality

Reality was not created out of nothing - "ex nihilo"

That would not make sense, something cannot come out of nothingness, it has to come from something and that undifferentiated something is God himself

Everything that exists is of The Divine Substance

Everything that exists is a figuration of The Divine Substance

All things are therefore consubstantial with each other, as are all people

But that does not mean we are Gods - we are of The Divine Substance but are not ourselves divine, we are created figurations, shaped out of the reality of God

God is eternal

There has never been a time when he did not exist

There will never be a time when he won't exist

He exists above and beyond time and causation

We humans are stuck with our linear, shallow, limited conceptions of time and causation

God on the other hand is the source of time and causation

He exists beyond it

There is no shame in us not being being able to understand things as well as God can

We can understand enough to be humans and that's enough

A dog does not need to be able to read Shakespeare to be a dog

A fly does not need to be able to appreciate good music to be a fly

We will never be able to fully understand The Universe

The Universe is not physical in nature - it is Divine

But yes, we can study it and learn a bit about it, and we can use that knowledge to create cool technologies

The Divine Substance - the reality of The Universe is one side of God

The Godhead is the other

The two are sides of the same coin, you cannot have one without the other

The Godhead is basically God's mind

God has psychological characteristics: likes, dislikes, interests, values, ideas, feelings - etc.

He is like us in that regard, and I believe that makes him easy to relate to

The Divine Substance is God's body, and The Godhead is God's mind

Madaba is a persona of The Godhead

So, basically, Madaba is God - and God is what I have just explained on this webpage!
