What is Divine Providence?

I believe that it has always been a factor in my life, from the very beginning

It is basically one of the ways in which The Universe works

But you won't see it in science textbooks, alongside matter, energy, time and space

Those things are simply the ways in which we can comprehend The Universe, so as to understand its workings and to be able to devise new technologies to make us more advanced

It is the ways through which the will of God is realised, within Reality

I believe that Reality – or The Universe – is the way in which God exists

And that God is The Universe and The Universe is God

I believe in a personal God

Therefore I believe in a personal Universe

We are all consubstantial with the Universe therefore we are all consubstantial with each other, we are all of The Divine Substance (see the above link!)

I think that that alone is a good reason for treating one's fellow humans as you yourself would want to be treated

I don’t think the Universe just happens naturally, according to blind and unguided natural processes

I think it is guided and managed, towards various things and that a degree of order and control needs to be imposed on it for things to happen, for things that are interesting to occur, such as planets and life - and later on, the Noosphere!

I believe this happens on a mind-boggling and enormous scale that we humans have trouble comprehending

Think how big The Universe is and how small a human brain is! Although yes, the human brain is probably the most complex thing we know of...

To we humans, Divine Providence seems complicated beyond comprehension, mysterious, and greatly powerful

It can almost feel remote, even though it is very much in our midst

I believe that it is possible to cultivate a relationship with The Universe and that once you manage this Divine Providence can come into your life, if The Universe wants it to

I think that if a person were to open themselves up to The Universe, then The Universe will guide them

I believe that Divine Providence has worked to guide human affairs throughout history, as a kind of invisible guiding hand

For instance, I believe it prevented the Cuban Missile Crisis becoming World War III and I believe that it helped the allies in World War II, mostly through Churchill

I don’t believe that Madaba is Divine Providence, but he certainly is an Agent of Divine Providence, in that what he does happens in accordance with the aims and values of The Divine Agency, who control The Universe

There is a big plan – Divine Providence is working to make this happen as is Madaba

I call this plan The Program (see here) - it was made by The Divine Agency and are its aims, what they want Madaba to work towards

They don't run The Universe on a whim, arbitrarily. They work according to a detailed code, a complex plan which they themselves have drawn up

Madaba’s specific duty is to control elites and the media – he is a member of Team Divine Providence and as am I as I am Madaba and Madaba is me

His powers don't belong to him personally, but instead come from Divine Providence

Here is a recent example from my life:

I made a blog post saying that I wanted to find a truly stupid person as I didn't think I knew any

And then all of a sudden a stupid and cowardly troll showed up in the comments section!

But yes, Divine Providence is a thing - well, it is personal so is it a person? I don't know, perhaps more of a "force"? (now, that opens up ideas from Star Wars, perhaps!!!)

It is one of the ways in which reality works

But you won't see physicists studying it in a lab, it is beyond the scope of human science

And it is possible to invite its influence into your life

I will discuss ways of doing that in a later post
