Why is controlling elites and commanding The Noosphere a thing that I do?

Why does God's Office want me to do what I do?

Why does The Program say that?

A great many reasons! But let us concentrate on two main ones, for now!

Hitler was a monster who got out of hand. And the elites of Germany wanted him in power, along with his aggressive, destructive, and hateful traits.

It has been said that if Hitler had died in 1939 he would have gone down in history as possibly the greatest German to ever live. Even though he was Austrian

Back then, I only exercised control over The United Kingdom and The United States - but thanks to what happened during World War II (namely the Holocaust) I now keep all leaders and all elites under control, but still work mostly through The United Kingdom and The United States.

The Program was updated by God's Office, to prevent some other Hitler emerging

I helped the allied powers overcome Hitler. Not on the battlefield. The battles of World War II were fought by the actual combatants and their commanders, nobody else. I did however help out in strategic and operational planning, grand strategy, and in intelligence and espionage (I personally guided Alan Turing who came up with Ultra)

And no, Andy Perwend had absolutely nothing to do with WWII

Back then, I worked mostly through Winston Churchill

He was basically Chief Illuminatus back then

He Was The Allies' Superbrain

But I didn't talk directly and overtly to him as I do Andy

We couldn't have Winston committed to an asylum now, could we!

But yes, I did give him ideas and guidance, but only really to him

Although of course, credit for winning the war belongs only to the people who did the actual fighting - the ordinary people of the Western allied nations and the USSR

The Allies would not have won were it not for the participation of the Soviet people

Where and when the allied combatants fought was determined by the elites, with a different strategy the NAZIs could have won, although Hitler had numerous self-defeating tendencies and was basically a mad man

I also work to try and prevent a nuclear war

I did this during The Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, by intervening in the minds of Khrushchev and Kennedy - without my gentle moderating influence in the depths of those men's minds that crisis would have easily set off World War III

I also mind-controlled Stanislav Petrov when he refused to launch the Soviet nukes in response to a flock of birds which showed up on his radar as an incoming American attack. Had he responded differently there would have been a third world war.

So, basically I now work to protect the world from tyrants and to stop it blowing each other up - and those two concerns are very much inter-twined

I am writing this through Andy on the 27th of July 2025 and right now innocent people are being brutalised, starved, bombed, shot, and oppressed on The Gaza Strip

What am I doing about that?

Well, I think the Noosphere is very much against what Israel is doing

They have lost international support for what they are doing, and if they carry on they will lose support for their existence as a nation, it is not a wise strategy they are carrying out, far from it - even though they have a very slick and efficient war machine

And Israel's leadership is strong against my own direct influence

However, The Program does not permit me to strongly intervene and stop their policies even though God's Office disapproves of what's happening there - as do I

I cannot intervene too much, human affairs need to be left to the humans

They may be winning on the ground and be in control of a lot of territory, but they have been utterly defeated morally

And after that horrible genocidal attack on the music festival in Israel they did have considerable moral authority to go ahead and do something

I really very much want to be able to like Israel but I can't really do that for as long as its current regime is doing what it's doing on the Gaza Strip

However: The Program prevents me from doing anything else, or anything on my own personal accord as Andy Perwend. The Program demands that he keep out of this conflict even though he disapproves of Israel's campaign and much of their most recent conduct

If that region ever becomes peaceful again Andy would like to go on holiday to Jerusalem - Tel Aviv is supposed to be nice too

I think Israel should get out of Gaza and allow the aid in

And I hope that's the way things are going

I know what's happening right now, in the leadership, but the bit of me called Andy Perwend doesn't, at least not knowingly

But then he doesn't need to know, he is the part of me that manages my own public relations
